NSW: Tripodi to be appointed Housing Minister=3

State Opposition Leader JOHN BROGDEN says Mr TRIPODI'S elevation to the ministry shows
the Premier has no authority in government.

Mr BROGDEN says the ALP caucus has forced Mr TRIPODI into the Cabinet against the Premier's
wishes.

He also says Mr TRIPODI has spent more time in front of ICAC than at Parliament House.
