A KINKY middle-class couple are living a sleazy double life as a dungeon master and mistress yards from a busy shopping precinct.
Darryl and Euphemia Bunning help cranks get their sexual kicks by hanging them from the ceiling, whipping them and training them like puppies.
They run two city centre sex dungeons where they charge pounds175 an hour to let people take part in bizarre practices.
As well as puppy training, they encourage grown men to dress as babies and advertise for leather- clad sex slaves.
Dominatrix Euphemia, 42, parades around in a basque and thigh high leather boots just yards from families shopping in Glasgow's St Enoch Square.
The mum-of-one travels to the dungeon each day from her smart semi-detached home in Polmont, near Falkirk, to administer a mind- boggling range of saucy specialities.
The former sports attendant also caters for the fetishes of worldwide weirdos with a money- spinning email service.
But a hard core band of perverts make their way to Glasgow for a personal service at her Elite Dungeons.
The Bunnings remain above the law by refusing to let clients have sex on the premises.
Well-spoken Euphemia, who calls herself Mistress Guy, rakes in a fortune from kinky spanking sessions.
She also administers electric shock treatment to her clients.
Her speciality is teaching customers to get sexual kicks by behaving like a dog.
She also boasts that she will punish men who have been a "bad puppy".
Husband Darryl, 44, collects Euphemia in their red Astra estate car at the end of every shift in the dungeon. Their company is called Elite Entertainment.
The internet website for their weird sex empire is registered in Darryl's name.
It claims to have a pool of slaves available 24 hours a day for clients.
One of their dungeons is called the Fantasy Room while another has the more sinister title of the Dark Room.
A Sunday Mail investigator was met at the door by a flame-haired receptionist who led him through the close of a tenement and out to a back courtyard.
She showed our man into the Fantasy Room dungeon.
Seconds later he was met by Euphemia in the candle-lit room which sported an array of whips and chains on the walls.
A stretching table lay in the middle of the floor and other sex toys were laid out on at the back of the room.
She told him: "We cater for a wide variety of people's fetishes.
"This is the Fantasy Room and it's the room you would be most likely to start out in.
"We have another dungeon - the Dark Room - but that is far more heavyweight."
Euphemia asked our reporter if he wanted his body marked during bondage sessions.
She said: "The pain can be as light or as heavy as you want.
"The safe word here is `blue'. Anytime something happens during a session which you don't like all you have to say is that word and we can stop and talk about it."
Euphemia then added: "I own this place and specialise in the use of electrics.
"But we have a number of mistresses here who would be able to cater for you.
"I have five but I'm about to start a sixth next week."
The Dark Room is equipped with a winch which suspends clients from the ceiling and a small wrought- iron dungeon cell. Leather hoods and gags are scattered about the room.
As our man was leaving Euphemia told him: "We'd love to welcome you back.
"I'm open late two nights a week for evening appointments."
The Bunnings married in 1980 and have property in Grangemouth.
One insider said: "Darryl and Euphemia are very well known in the bondage and fetish world.
"Euphemia and the women she has working for her take the whole scene very seriously.
"The puppy training is by far the weirdest one she performs.
"She says she will smack the men if they behave like a bad puppy.
"The Bunnings have built up a nice business for themselves but like to keep what they get up to private.
"It's not as if they can tell people they train grown men how to behave like puppies for sexual kicks."
Even so, they'll be in the doghouse after our revelations.
